Important! Here you can only purchase your design, not the physical fin itself! Please note that a design cannot be exchanged or revoked as soon as I start work. Therefore, please read the following textcarefully through to avoid misunderstandings!

1. What I need from you
To start work, a contract is signed between the artist and the client. I can't work with you without it. So download the contract and fill out your part.

I also need a detailed description of how you envision your design. Please note that 2 design changes (1st design draft + 2 design changes) are included. Each additional change costs 30€. The sooner you know what you want, the quicker you'll be at peace in the end. :) You can also send me pictures as inspiration!

2. Which designs I exclude
I do not copy designs from other artists! On the one hand, this has to do with respect for other artists, but on the other hand, it also has to do with the very strict copyright law in Germany. This also includes designs from the area of fan art and trademark protection with logos or symbols from protected material (e.g. symbols from Harry Potter, Star Wars etc.). These are things that I cannot and will not implement. A copyright lawsuit can very quickly run into the thousands and would simply endanger my existence. So please respect my decision not to take that risk. Of course you can send me inspirations, but there will be clear differences in your design afterwards.
 
3. size
I work with the official Mertailor templates. These differ from the usual clothing sizes. Therefore, please choose your size according to the Mertailor table. If you are unsure about your size, please contact Mertailor Customer Service, who will be happy to help you and who knows the material best. ♥
 
4. Design
Here I would like to suggest a few things to consider for the design draft and help me to implement your design! So please let me know what you have in mind.
 
Fluken style. You currently have the opportunity to choose from 5 different fluke shapes which you like best. FF1, FF2, FF3, FF4, FF5 are the different styles that belong to the Mertailor Fantasea Fins.
Front and back side. Would you like a different front and rear view? Many fins are inspired by fish. Different sides are therefore very popular to make the design more realistic. That's why I normally start on the back, which is usually very detailed, and then reduce the design to the front center.
Patterns - simple gradients, light patterns such as dots or complex stripes and illustrations. You decide! You will find examples of the different categories in the pictures. Please choose the one that you think most closely matches your design. If you are unsure, please contact me in advance ♥
Blinded hip. Very popular for photo shoots or underwater shots. I match the top part of the fin to your skin tone. Please note that there can always be slight color variations as a digital design rarely looks exactly like the physical product due to different screen settings.
Highlights on the scales - make the scales stand out even more.
 
 
5. Expiration
You order your desired design and send me the contract and your design request via the contact form as soon as possible.
You will receive your draft design within the first week! You can now tell me twice what changes you want, which I will then implement.
Once the design is complete, you will receive a design preview, which you can use to order your design directly from Mertailor.
I will be contacted after your order, now send all print data to Mertailor, your fin goes into production and finally to shipping! :)
